What we do

We're committed to farmworkers’ housing needs.

Providing housing services in six southeastern states, Southeast Non-Profit Housing is committed to serving farmworkers with housing needs. Since 2006, we have been addressing the critical need for decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing for agricultural workers. Our current services include On-Farm Housing Grant program and emergency assistance funding.

A few notable accomplishments.

In 2020, ANPH was awarded the National Farmworker Jobs Program Housing grant for the states of Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia. The goal of this program is to improve farm labor housing and provide emergency assistance to eligible farmworkers and their families.

Casa bonita

Built in 2011, Casa Bonita is a ten unit community in Oneonta, Alabama. Funded by USDA Rural Development, this community provides long-term leases to individuals and families who work in agriculture, retired from agriculture, or disabled from agriculture.

>> At our apartment community, we’ve housed over 100 families over the last 10 years.

Grant program

With the NFJP Housing program, we’ve helped over 1,500 farmworkers in six states with housing so far since the start of the program in July 2020.
